Millican Daltons Cave to Portinscale

Fourteen of us headed around to Millicans DesRes after the Castle Crag Service. This was shortly followed by lunch down by the River Derwent that was running very low. It was then all the way back to Portinscale mainly following the Cumbria Way getting back in plenty of time for afternoon tea at the cafe.All in all a very straightforward walk and we managed to avoid any heavy rain. Thanks to everyone for coming along and also thanks to the many who bought raffle tickets in aid of the M.R.T. rescue dogs. Dont worry I have plenty of tickets left for everyone else.
