Lords Seat - Spout Force

 7 Miles Grade 2

At the second time of asking 8 walkers managed to complete the walk in good conditions affording great views of the surrounding fells and Solway although the distance views were denied us. Meeting at the Spout force car park and welcoming newcomer Simon we set off in good spirits for the coming day. The whole walk took 5 hours and we visited Brown How, Whinlatter Fell, Ullister Fell, Lords Seat, Broom Fell and Greystones. We then took refreshments in the rather posh (for us!) Middle Ruddings Hotel in Braithwaite. A big thank you for those who attended and enjoyed the walk.
