B Walk

Ravenglass - Muncaster

Twenty Two walkers joined the b walk from Ravenglass over Muncaster Fell on what  I made to be the fourth Sunday in a row of sunshine and blue skies. As promised an easy ascent was made onto Muncaster Fell and the winding,  pleasant  path over the top of the fell was dry underfoot for most of the way. After five or so miles a choice of return routes was given with the majority choosing a ride on the Ratty. The remaining eight walkers including first time club walkers Sharon and Becky completed a ten mile round.

The meal in Ravenglass was excellent and rounded off a splendid day.
