9 members enjoyed another brilliant day luckily in glorious weather giving fabulous views so a relaxed pace was set with frequent stops to soak it all in. We started following the route as described but decided early on to avoid descending The Band, which at best is a bit of a trudge and came down by Buscoe Beck instead - a popular choice much easier on the joints, more scenic and with a bit of excitement peering into the impressive Hell Gill. Welcome refreshments at Stickle Barn at the end of a good day. Many thanks to all who came.
