Another coastal walk and another beautiful day
Fifteen walkers enjoyed an enjoyable ramble inland for a short way then following the Coast to Coast route through Sandwith and on to the sandstone quarries for lunch.
The cliff top scenery along St Bees head never fails to impress and a fresh breeze made the walking pleasant. We made the descent to Fleswick Bay before heading for St Bees
A few desperate souls joined the lengthy queue for ice cream before returning to the cars.
