Blencathra via Halls Fell

 11 plus 2 dogs came out yesterday. Unfortunately, on the way up, the views were disappearing in low cloud. However - there was NO rain!! Because of the cloud, it was a trickier scramble as it was a bit slippy in places. However,all crossed safely with the odd slip here and there. Everyone managed some or all the scrambling. I think! overall, everyone enjoyed the walk. We waited until we were down in the clear before lunch and sat on the hillside admiring the views finally. A long walk out, even managing a mini scramble on the way, and arriving back at the cars. Some of us went to the Horse and Farrier for refreshments.
