The Thursday night walks are becoming more popular, a record tonight, twenty on the walk. It was a lovely evening for what turned out to be an eventful walk. We took the wrong path and ended up a bit off course. Standards are definitely dropping, you just can’t trust OS maps anymore. We managed to get back on course eventually and made it back to the Royal Oak, a bit late but the  pub served up a wonderful meal, probably the best we’ve had this year. We will be going back. Thanks to all for coming along.
