Our repeat walk went very well. Out of 10 of us unexpectedly, there was a couple who had enjoyed the previous walk enough to come back and see it all again, which was rather pleasant. Once again the weather was glorious, even if at times a little over hot in the early stages, but gradually the clouds developed providing welcome respite. Our timing could not have been better as the first raindrops started just as we reached the cars. So often you are dependent on luck and chance. So having complained about the service in the local cafe last time this time we did not rely on chance and phoned ahead and the welcome and service this visit was excellent. they even arranged the tables so that the 10 of us could sit together. A great recovery by the Hazledean Garden Centre. Our thanks to them and to all who joined us to make a most enjoyable and entertaining walk.
