Walk & Event Reports

We had a good day - well half day, walking in very pleasant weather along tracks, bridges and riverside. The railway was a welcome companion as the trains rumbled past devoid of passengers. Lunch was taken in a natural bowl at the side of the Eden. All very relaxing until the gentle breeze brought down a hail of  acorns. The team seemed to consider the leader should have warned hard hats were required! Great to meet our two new lady members. The miles flew by with the usual banter all uplifted by the lovely views. Thanks for coming at such short notice.
