The weather forecast was correct and the rain stopped around 10am and
by lunchtime it was a glorious sunny day. Eighteen members joined me
and it was lovely to welcome old friends and new to the circular walk round
Langholm. There were still traces of autumnal splendour to be seen as we
covered old and new paths. Refreshments at the Buccleuch Centre were up
to the usual high standard.
Thanks to all who came and helped in any way to make it a successful day.
