Seat Sandal 2400ft.
 
19 out for the New Year hike. The weather prospects weren’t that good but all in all we got away with it. A bit of wind and a spot of hail didn’t dampen the spirits. Some great views even with cloud blowing around on the summit. All sorts of Christmas presents on display from new boots to heated gloves. Yes, I said heated gloves, not hand warmers, but gloves that heat up. I don’t think they had a wood burner inside but who knows. What will we have next. (think I want a pair). anyway a great walk, thanks to the gang for pitching up. ( I was asked if nexts week walk will be harder or easier, I would say very similar, it is a longer walk but not as high. Be there or be square). Happy New Year.
